During the times that Nick has worked for us, we have found him to be very punctual, reliable and friendly. It is obvious that he genuinely enjoys being with the children and my two particularly boisterous boys certainly do not faze him! He organises outings with the children in mind, taking them on interesting walks, to a play park and to see the trains. During every time we have employed him, our children have regaled us with tales of the things they have done together which is wonderful as they haven't missed their parents being around at all!
