Nick Mitchell has looked after our two children (daughter 2 years old, son 11 months old) on a regular basis ever since our son was four months old. Indeed, the first time Nick babysat for us was also the first time we had ever left our children with anyone outside the family. He is utterly reliable, always punctual and, most important of all, our children feel totally at ease with him.

I have twin 3 year old boys, one of whom is autistic and has a congenital defect relating to his bladder. Neither boy had (when we met Nick) been looked after by anyone other than their Great Grandmother or half sisters. I was a little worried as to how they would react and respond to him; but before Nick could take his shoes off he had been presented with half of the toy box! I had nothing to worry about.

Nick is always punctual, polite and the children love him.

Praising Nick too highly will mean that his schedule will be even more difficult to slot into - but he deserves that! Good childminding, babysitting, call it what you will is very hard to find, and Nick is by far the best.

I can thoroughly recommend Nick as a babysitter to any parent. Shortly after the birth of our son I spent a lot of time looking around for a suitable babysitting service. Having been in contact with a number of them, what struck me about Nick was his approach of meeting the family and child first so that all concerned can take time to get to know each other and on the basis of that decide whether both parties are going to be happy before any arrangements for babysitting are actually made. This is so important and many of the other ones we considered overlooked this.

Nick has babysat for our young son both in the evening and also occasionally during weekend days. We have always been very happy with the level of childcare he provides. If a child is happy with the babysitter then there is no better recommendation than that.
